No Bhajis or kebab would be complete without mint yogurt – I love the stuff! However it can hide tonnes of syns in the innocent looking accompaniment so here’s a tasty syn-free version 👍

Ingredients:

5 tablespoons of fat-free plain yogurt

4 teaspoons of sugar-free mint sauce (Colman’s one I know is free)

Pinch of sweetener

Pinch of salt

Dash of cayenne pepper (controversial but tasty)

Method:

Mix all ingredients together

Eat
